Maria Schur is the owner of Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc. Maria graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor's degree in management. She also obtained an associate degree from Newbury College in Paralegal studies. She began her career working for a law firm in the Boston Area. During her seven year tenure she was promoted from legal assistant to telecommunications manager servicing over 400 staff members. After relocating to Illinois, she worked for an investment advisory firm as their office manager assisting the owners with all aspects of running this small business. In 2007, she joined Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc and was instrumental in working alongside it's previous owner and founder in growing the company, managing all aspects of making sure it ran smoothly.
Maria acquired Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc in 2016 and has been committed to carry on the company's legacy of providing outstanding service. Her team of professionals are experienced in case management services and working with probate court matters and are the heart of what makes this company a success. |
Ron Neece, NCGRNR Guardianship services, NFP
Mr. Ron Neece is the President/Owner of RNR Guardianship Services, NFP. He brings 10+ years of experience working with adults and children with disabilities. He began his career in the healthcare/social services arena in 1995 as a Program Assistant working for Boley, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL., where he worked directly with individuals who suffered with mental illness coordinating community outings and overseeing medication administration. Mr. Neece also worked for Hartwood Foundation in Springfield, VA (Respite group home) where he gained experience working with families in order to find respite placement for their disabled family member. Later, at Little Angels Nursing Home (a residential home for adults/children with developmental disabilities), Ron was responsible for advocating and working closely with nursing staff, consultants, direct care staff as well as school staff and teachers to ensure residents were receiving the best possible services available. In his commitment to continue servicing individuals unable to care for themselves, he acquired his National Certified Guardian Certification and has been advocating and providing guardianship/case management services for RNR Guardianship clients for over 10 years. He is a National Certified Guardian and a member of the Illinois Guardianship Association as well as a member of the National Guardianship Association.
