Maria Schur

Administrative Director/Owner of Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc. 
Maria Schur is the owner of Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc. Maria graduated from Suffolk University with a Bachelor's degree in management. She also obtained an associate degree from Newbury College in Paralegal studies. She began her career working for a law firm in the Boston Area. During her seven year tenure she was promoted from legal assistant to telecommunications manager servicing over 400 staff members. After relocating to Illinois, she worked for an investment advisory firm as their office manager assisting the owners with all aspects of running this small business.  In 2007, she joined Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc and was instrumental in working alongside it's previous owner and founder in growing the company, managing all aspects of making sure it ran smoothly. 
Maria acquired Rehabilitation Nursing Resource, Inc in 2016 and has been committed to carry on the company's legacy of providing outstanding service. Her team of professionals are experienced in case management services and working with probate court matters and are the heart of what makes this company a success.

Ron Neece, NCG

RNR Guardianship services, NFP
​Mr. Ron Neece is the President/Owner of RNR Guardianship Services, NFP. He brings 10+ years of experience working with adults and children with disabilities. He began his career in the healthcare/social services arena in 1995 as a Program Assistant working for Boley, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL., where he worked directly with individuals who suffered with mental illness coordinating community outings and overseeing medication administration. Mr. Neece also worked for Hartwood Foundation in Springfield, VA (Respite group home) where he gained experience working with families in order to find respite placement for their disabled family member. Later, at Little Angels Nursing Home (a residential home for adults/children with developmental disabilities), Ron was responsible for advocating and working closely with nursing staff, consultants, direct care staff as well as school staff and teachers to ensure residents were receiving the best possible services available. In his commitment to continue servicing individuals unable to care for themselves, he acquired his National Certified Guardian Certification and has been advocating and providing guardianship/case management services for RNR Guardianship clients for over 10 years. He is a National Certified Guardian and a member of the Illinois Guardianship Association as well as a member of the National Guardianship Association.

Eleanor Gretz
​RN, CCM

Eleanor Gretz has worked in the healthcare industry for 20+ years. She has been an RN for over 14 years specializing in working with individuals with severe disabilities and complex medical conditions. Eleanor started her career in 2001 working as a CNA at Little Angels Nursing Home in Elgin, IL, as an LPN from 2006-2007, and in 2007, after obtaining her RN License, she was promoted to Primary Nurse servicing 16 residents with severe disabilities. Since 2016, Ms. Gretz has worked closely with many RNR clients assisting with securing appropriate medical and social services for disabled adults and children. As an RN and  Certified Case Manager, Ms. Gretz brings years of clinical experience in developing/initiating interventions.

Dale Hollingworth
RN, BHA, MJ

Dale Hollingworth brings over 25 years of medical expertise to our clients. In addition to her extensive clinical work, Ms. Hollingworth has unique experience in the specialized areas of psychiatric care and substance abuse treatment. She began her career as an LPN in Kentucky, later moving into various nursing and nursing management positions, including: Regional Director for Merit Behavioral Health; Director of Managed Care at Riveredge Hospital, Clinical Manager, Field Supervisor, Director of Nursing and Administrator for various home care agencies. She received an honorable discharge from the Army Nurse Corps and also served as a Case Manager for the Aurora Chicago Lakeshore Hospital. Ms. Hollingworth earned a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law at Loyola University School of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Roosevelt University, and a Professional Nursing Diploma from Norton Hospital School of Nursing, University of Louisville.

Lisa Biesiadecki
LPN

Ms. Biesiadecki brings valuable experience working in the healthcare industry as well as experience working for the  State of Illinois Department of Human Services.  She began her career as a CNA working at various hospitals and health care centers.  After obtaining her LPN License, Ms. Biesiadecki worked at various facilities (CompreCare Home Health, Lexington Healthcare & Manor Care). She later transitioned working for the State of Illinois Department of Human Services as their Home Health Practical Nurse. Ms. Biesiadecki brings many years of experience communicating with facilities/healthcare team members/Illinois Dept. of Human Services while advocating for RNR clients.
